Return Policy

Digital Downloads

All digital download sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered, we are unable to issue refunds. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will resend the file.

Fine Art Prints

We want you to love your print. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for prints ordered in the correct size and material. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

Custom Commissions

Commission deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your slot and cover initial work. If you need to cancel after work has begun, the deposit will not be returned. Final payments are due upon delivery of the completed artwork.

Memberships

Memberships can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period after it has started.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no expiry date. Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced.
